Questions before you upgrade
Does Pro cover every project?
Yes. Pro covers the whole organization: every project and every member in it. Only owners and admins can change the plan.
Who handles payment and tax?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle runs the checkout, renewals, invoices and refunds, and adds tax where it applies.
How do I cancel?
An owner or admin cancels from Settings › Billing in the app. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Then the organization moves to Free.
What happens when the trial ends?
Paddle charges your card for the plan you picked. To stay on Free, an owner or admin cancels from Settings › Billing before the trial ends.
